Security sources allege that Usman specialises in trading stolen goods — particularly motorcycles and mobile phones — looted during kidnapping operations and criminal attacks in the area, making him a key enabler in the criminal supply chain.
He is currently in custody pending further investigation and necessary action.
The military reported that the security situation across the area of responsibility remains calm, with troops maintaining high morale and operational efficiency.
