Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma has praised President Bola Tinubu’s administration, saying it deserves a 100 per cent performance score and crediting Tinubu with rescuing Nigeria from collapse.

Speaking during a Sallah visit by governors led by Vice President Kashim Shettima to Tinubu’s private residence in Lagos, Uzodimma described the President’s reforms as the foundation of national stability.

He said the governors had assessed Tinubu’s performance and were proud to back his economic agenda across the states.

Uzodimma also thanked the President for what he called his “innovative approach” to governance, his interventions, and his vision for the country.

“We thank you for the genius you are, the fatherly role you have played, your interventions in times of our needs, and your vision for the country moving forward,” he added.
Pledging the loyalty of the governors, he added that they are prepared to defend the federal government’s economic agenda across the states, saying, “We want to inform you Mr. President that we are proud to be your ambassadors at the subnational level and we are here to defend your policies, to preach your message, and to let Nigerians know that we have come out from darkness and then the right light is now ready to shine. You brought us hope, and we believe in you.
