Actor unhurt, two others injured
“Tiger Shroff is safe and Mumbai police has deployed different teams to investigate further,” Garg told reporters.
Two people were injured in the attack, including the actor’s driver. Police said Shroff himself was not hit by gunfire.
Suspects picked up in Rajasthan
Three suspects have been rounded up in Rajasthan, another Indian state. Police official Tejaswani Gautam said preliminary questioning showed that two of them each have one previous case against them, one involving theft and the other under the Arms Act.
Police have not yet established a motive for the shooting, and investigations are continuing.
Shroff is known for action films including the “Baaghi” franchise and “War”.
