Blessing “CEO” Okoro Goes Dark on Instagram Following Live TV Confrontation Over Cancer Claims

Following a devastating television appearance that seriously questioned her widely reported cancer diagnosis, controversial relationship pundit Blessing “CEO” Okoro cancelled her Instagram account.

On the evening of April 4, Okoro made an appearance on Arise TV, where she was subjected to harsh interrogation by medical expert Dr. Adefunke Arowolo, who methodically questioned the veracity of her health claims, characterising them as medically unsound.

The interview took a dramatic turn when Dr. Arowolo disclosed that she had personally contacted the pathologist whose signature appears on the cancer report Okoro had been presenting as evidence of her diagnosis. According to Dr. Arowolo, the doctor is based in Asaba — not Enugu as Okoro had maintained — and he categorically denied any knowledge of the medical report bearing his name. The pathologist further noted that he had not recently visited Enugu. “I know that for an absolute fact,” Dr. Arowolo stated on air.

Okoro visibly grew flustered as the revelations unfolded.

Compounding matters, it emerged during the interview that the medical document Okoro presented on television is identical to one already circulating online — the very same report a family had previously threatened legal action over, alleging that Okoro had taken their late relative’s medical records and fraudulently substituted her own name.

As public outrage mounted and Nigerians began calling for her prosecution on grounds of fraud and public deception — particularly given that she had solicited financial support citing her illness — Okoro quietly pulled her Instagram page offline.
