President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja on Sunday for Europe to begin a three-week vacation as part of his annual leave, the Presidency has announced.

This is according to a statement issued on Sunday by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.

The statement said the President’s first stop would be London, United Kingdom, though further details of the itinerary were not disclosed.
According to the statement, President Tinubu is expected to return home after the working vacation to join the campaign for the January 2027 general election, which is expected to be keenly contested.
