The comedian defeated Portable in the Friday night bout, claiming the top prize after a fierce showdown between the two entertainers. However, the aftermath of the fight has been anything but smooth. Portable disputed the result, claiming that the judges’ ruling in Carter Efe’s favor was orchestrated by those behind the event.
Now, Carter Efe himself has added to the controversy by publicly confronting the organizers over the outstanding payment. In a video he posted on social media, he made no effort to hide his displeasure over the delay.
“Dem never give me my money oo. I never see N50 million ooo. I nearly die for that fight, I never see the N50 million. Make dem pay me the N50 oo,” he lamented.
