FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, broke into a dance to appreciate God after he was conferred with a Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science, at the University of Port Harcourt convocation ceremony which held in Rivers state today July 26.
Wike was among the honorees conferred with the award.
