A prophecy concerning Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has sparked significant attention online. The prediction came from Prophet Yinka King Omole.
In a video that quickly circulated on social media, Prophet Omole stated that God had shown him that Pastor Adeboye has completed his earthly mission. He remarked, “his time is up,” suggesting that the prominent church leader is approaching the end of his life.
The video captures Prophet Omole in a flowing white robe, holding a wooden staff, as he shares the vision he received. He explained that in the revelation, Pastor Adeboye appeared to a vast congregation, waving farewell.
According to the prophet, the cleric was dressed entirely in white, including his shoes. A striking detail from the vision involved a staff held by Pastor Adeboye, which an angel allegedly took, erased his name from it, and replaced it with another though the prophet did not disclose whose name appeared.
Prophet Omole advised members of RCCG not to grieve when the prophecy comes to fruition, emphasizing that God had already prepared Pastor Adeboye for this eventual departure, making it a message of divine foresight for the congregation.
In his words: “Around 2 a.m., in the midnight, the Lord showed me a vision and spoke about Pastor Adeboye. I saw Pastor Adeboye saying goodbye, wearing pure white clothes and shoes. The Lord said Pastor Adeboye has finished his assignment. I saw a staff in his hands, and an angel collected the staff from him. I saw Pastor Adeboye’s name removed from the staff and replaced with another person’s name…”
