The four-year marriage of Shuiba Abdullahi and his wife, Aisha Abdullahi, was dissolved by a Grade I Area Court in Lugbe, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), due to the latter’s “bad character.”
In his plea, Shuiba claimed that his wife always treats him disrespectfully.
He claims that he has lost all interest in the marriage and no longer finds it peaceful.
After hearing from the respondent, who also agreed to the divorce motion, the sitting judge, Aliyu Kagarko, approved and granted the former couple’s divorce.
However, he mandated that the petitioner give the respondent 24 hours to remove her belongings from the house.
The petitioner previously disclosed that there were no children from the marriage.
